ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Thirty-three years of soft computing in the mountains

The 25th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing ICAISC 2027 will be held in Zakopane (situated in the High Tatra mountains), Poland from June 20 to 24, 2027, at the Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy Zakopane. The conference will provide an excellent opportunity for scientists and engineers to present and discuss the latest scientific results and methods. The conference will include keynote addresses, contributed papers, and numerous lectures and tutorials on a wide range of topics. The Conference will be held in the hybrid mode: online and on-site in Zakopane. The authors of accepted papers will have a choice to present their papers on-line, or on site in Zakopane, Mercury Kasprowy Hotel, Poland. All accepted papers, irrespective of the presentation mode, will be included in the LNAI conference proceedings.

The working language of the conference is English. Only original, unpublished papers are invited. Authors should submit an electronic version of papers by the conference web page. The papers should be organized in accordance with a common scientific structure (abstract, state of the art in the field, intention, used methodology, obtained results and references). Papers will undergo double-blind reviewing by an international committee, and accepted on the basis of their scientific merit and relevance to the conference topics. Please prepare anonymized versions of the paper being submitted. Please preserve anonymity by avoiding providing information that may identify the authors in the acknowledgements, links to websites and the literature references. After the notification of acceptance, authors will be allowed to make a correction in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers in Latex format only. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence. Springer LNAI proceedings will be available online shortly after the conference. Accepted papers must be presented by the author(s) personally to be published in the conference proceedings.

FOR AUTHORS

Author Instructions and Submission

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The ICAISC conference proceedings are published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI) series. Authors are strongly advised to follow the Springer proceedings instructions and prepare their manuscripts in the recommended format. The official Springer conference proceedings guidelines and templates are the authoritative reference for both LaTeX and MS Word submissions. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their (final) papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

REVIEW POLICY

  • Initial submissions must be full papers, preferably around 12 pages, not abstracts.
  • Authors should submit an anonymized PDF together with the non-anonymized source files.
  • All papers undergo double-blind review by the international program committee.
  • Please remove author-identifying details from acknowledgements, websites, and self-references where possible.

FINAL PAPER REQUIREMENTS

After acceptance, authors must submit the final camera-ready version and a signed consent-to-publish form. The final archive should include the source files, figures, any templates or fonts used, the final PDF, and the scanned signed copyright form. Every final paper must be accompanied by the copyright form, which we ask a corresponding author to complete and sign. The copyright form in PDF is located at the Springer web site (Licence to Publish form for LNCS, CCIS or LNBIP). It is sufficient if one author of each contribution signs the form on behalf of all the other authors. the copyright form should be submitted during the final submission as a separate zipped pdf file.
